Size problem
"I ordered 2 different collars for my dog. The original one that she had was your brand and I loved it. She outgrew it. So went to purchase her the next size up and it was too large for her. Then went back and purchased the medium size...which was the exact same size as she had that was too small. You really need to come up with an in between size your med. and large! I went to great lengths to punch one more hole in the large and that is just OK.... I still have the new medium that I need to return. The entire process has been a hassel.....but that being said, I do love your collars."
