Shipping Info

All orders placed on will be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. We try to ship your order to you quickly, regardless of shipping method.

Shipping within the United States:

When you select Standard shipping, your order will ship by FedEx.

Standard Shipping orders within the continental United States are shipped by FedEx and will arrive within 3-6 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) from the day they are shipped. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days to arrive from the day they are shipped.

FedEx Express is the carrier used for all Express shipments. FedEx will make their deliveries Monday – Friday, not including holiday’s and weekends. As with Standard Shipping orders, please allow 2-3 days for processing of your order. Express orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will not begin to get processed until the following business day. Express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Weaver Leather does not ship on weekend or holidays. A ship confirmation will arrive via e-mail once your order is in transit thus providing a tracking number.

Shipping Internationally (Outside of US)

We are pleased to be able to ship your Weaver Leather products all over the world. However, at the time of purchase, no shipping will be calculated for these items. When placing your order, Weaver Leather will only authorize your credit card for the dollar amount of the product within your shopping cart. Your order total will not include shipping, handling and tax. Once we have received your order, Weaver Leather will contact a foreign shipper and obtain a cost to send your shipment. At that time Weaver Leather will charge your credit card the correct amount including shipping, handling and tax. Once the amount has been paid, Weaver Leather will ship your order. All prices reflected on this site, email messages, invoices, etc. are in USD only.

Additional Charges

Some products shipped by Weaver Leather are considered to be flammable under the Code of Federal regulations. Because of these flammable chemicals there may be a mandatory charge added to your order. If applicable, these charges are noted in the Shipping Information section of the product details. These fees are non-refundable upon return.

Shipping Restrictions

Because of the contents, some items may have additional restrictions on shipping. If applicable, these restrictions are noted in the Shipping Information section of the product details.

Shipping Large Freight Items

Weaver Leather offers a number of large or over-sized items that require special handling. If an item is too large or too heavy to be delivered through traditional shipping methods it must ship through one of our specialty large freight shippers such as Con-Way Freight, Estes, FedEx Freight. If applicable, this notification of large freight shipping can be found with the details of the product. At the time of purchase, no shipping will be calculated for these items. Instead one of our helpful customer service agents will contact you (within 24-48 hours) to let you know how much you will be charged for shipping as well as assist in setting up the delivery.

Please note that we do not offer expedited or white glove service or shipments to locations outside of the continental US on freight items. Freight delivery service is unavailable for PO Box addresses. Standard transit time for Freight Shipments is 2-5 days after leaving the warehouse.

Return Policy

Weaver Leather is happy to take your return. All merchandise must be returned in un-opened containers with original product packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping and handling). We accept returns through the US mail, FedEx, UPS, large freight shippers as well as other carriers.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number which is assigned through our returns center. Packages without proper documentation may not be able to be processed or may be subject to longer processing times.

Refunds are processed within 1-3 weeks of receiving returned merchandise.

Make sure that all items that are returned are packed in the appropriate sized box and all items are secured within the package. Items and contents can shift during transit and properly securing items will prevent damage.

Returning Liquids or Aerosols:

Do not ship liquids or aerosols back to Weaver Leather. In many cases these items have additional handling instructions or Hazmat concerns. Instead please contact customer service for further instructions on returning this item.

Returning Knives or Sharp Items:

Knives or items with sharp edges must be returned in original packaging making sure sharp edges or points are properly covered for the safety of the handlers.

Returning Large Freight Items:

Large freight items can be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Please note, that you are responsible for arranging and funding the return of large freight items. If this item was damaged in shipping please contact customer service for more information.

Exchanging Merchandise:

At this time Weaver Leather does not allow for merchandise purchased to be exchanged for other items. Instead, please visit to place another order.
