"I ordered the cooling vest for my 65 lb. golden retriever according to the size chart provided. The vest was made of good quality material and I was satisfied with the price. Unfortunately it was too snug under her legs and had to be returned for a larger size. I found your return policy to be cumbersome. It states that: “All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number which is assigned through our returns center. Packages without proper documentation may not be able to be processed or may be subject to longer processing times.“ I had to call your returns center a couple of times due to extremely long wait times. I feel that it would just be easier if you would provide a return label with an authorization code for any returns. This is what most online stores do as a convenience for their customers."

She doesn't like wearing it, but will come into the house to request it so she can continue to run around our back acreage for longer. Usually stays cool/wet for 45-60 minutes depending on humidity.
